Sizing:
• Bead measurements 6mm or 8mm
• To measure your size wrap a tape measure tightly around your wrist in the place you would like your bracelet to sit. Note the size in inches and add 1/4 inch for comfort
• If you are unsure what size you require, choose either 'Average Woman' and 'Average Man' to fit most adult wrist sizes
